Maintenance & Monitoring. We work to a predefined and structured maintenance & monitoring plan for your BizTalk solution; checking logs, monitoring the BizTalk and application databases, handling business exceptions etc. Generally, this service is a preventative measure that keeps your solution running optimally.

How Will It Work For Me?

How Do I Report A Support Incident?

When an incident occurs with your BizTalk application you report it to our service desk through the most convenient channel; by phone, email, the web, or automatically through a system monitor. Once reported we record the incident and begin an investigation in to the cause. Relevant technical experts are brought in to the process as needed. We notify you of progress at key points throughout until the incident is resolved.

What If The Cause Is Down To A Supplier?

If the root cause of an incident is down to a supplier (e.g. BizTalk is at fault) then we will manage the escalation and subsequent resolution of the incident on your behalf. If your BizTalk solution is hosted by a third party and the issue is traced to them such as a network failure (and you have purchased the appropriate support package from us) then we will coordinate a resolution with the hosting company and keep you informed every step of the way.
